About the Writer

Paramhansa Yogananda: Mukunda Lal Ghosh, who later became Paramahansa Yogananda, was once born in 1893. A disciple of Sri Yukteswar, he became an ascetic at a young age and established a school to take the message of spirituality and yogic practices to the common people.
